To ensure that your package is delivered within timely manner assure your address is correct. Western Botas is not responsible for lost, misplaced and incorrectly delivered shipments if the address was incorrect at the time of purchase. We will not refund.

 

Delivery Claims

We are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered confirmed by the carrier. We do not issue refunds on lost orders with incorrect shipping address placed by the purchaser.

Reserved Rights/Shipping

Western Botas reserves the right to limit, refuse, and or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
an irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, damaged, or missing items.
 
We reserve the right to refuse or reject returns to any customer due to similar actions as noted above.

Shipping Fees

Original Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.

Processing Time

Same business day as long as the order is placed by 12:00 Pacific time (midday) Mon-Fri.
Except for Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays.

Returns

  • You have 7 Days from the day you purchased to return your item.
  • In original packaging
  • Product is in new original condition, tags attached in bags in box. Boots should be tried on carpeted area. If bottoms are scuffed or scratched we will not accept return.
  • Please package accordingly returns are inspected.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return.
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.

When returning please consider using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for any returns that may become lost or stolen in transit.
